Back from vacation

A few months off and I feel terrible.

Gained weight, short of breath (subjective), and feel less healthy.

Back to it…More important is the reason why. And I have no clue.

Maybe sick of feeling bloated, tired of sleeping at 8PM, feeling like life is passing on by.

Maybe the 40 y/o Cardiologist in Marietta who dropped dead from an MI last week.

Who cares, I’m back.

48 minutes on treadmill followed by an hour on the mountain bike. (overdoing it early, and hopefully often).

I stink.
